Document to be reviewed before launch, particularly the sections on code ownership and maintenance.
Purpose
These terms govern the design, development and maintenance services provided by C&M Agency.
Quotes and orders
Every engagement is covered by a detailed quote. The order is firm once the signed quote and deposit are received.
Payment terms
30% on signature, 40% on design sign-off, 30% at launch, unless the quote sets out a different split.
Scope and changes
Any request outside the agreed scope is covered by an additional quote, accepted in writing before work begins.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the client owns the source code, the content and every access.
Warranty
Defect fixes are covered for one month after launch. Beyond that they fall under the maintenance contract.
